I ship out the day your form of payment clears. That means if you pay with Google, you will get your system the quickest. Payment clears to me usually within 3 business days, 4 or 5 at most. Paying by check or US Postal Money order can take up to three weeks before shipment, since the payment has to be sent to me, then I hold the payment for up to another two weeks to avoid fraud. This means, with transit time, you could wait up to a month for the item to get to you. I prefer Google checkout for all payments.

Sorry, my replacement or repair guarantee doesn't cover against accidental spills, drops, knock-overs, water, fire, snow, heat or other forms of deliberate or accidental damage. If the item is returned with any sign of damage from the buyer, no replacement will be sent. If it can be fixed, it will cost the buyer $20.00/hour plus parts and return shipping. This does include broken laptop screens.

All systems are tested at each stage of tear down, cleaning, rebuilding and part replacement, software and operating system install, and a number of final tests before being put up for sale. All systems are guaranteed for the first 30 days. If they break down during normal use, then it will be repaired or replaced.

UPS ground is the most common way I ship. I may use US postal service in some cases, but very rarely since, if an item is damaged, it is harder to file a claim to get your money back.

That is why, to protect both my business and your item, I use UPS ground WITH insurance. This is already included in the cost of the item's shipping that you pay for when you check out. I do NOT accept returns on items damaged in shipping.

No matter if it's 200 or 2000 dollars, each computer is looked over, cleaned up, repaired, parts replaced, given new memory, hard drive, operating system, software, and thoroughly tested to be sure everything works!
