Suzanne's Computers & Suzanne Casey Shop are both owned and operated by Suzanne Casey. I am located in Western WI near the St. Croix River, in New Richmond, WI.

I started working on computers with my father, James Casey, back in 1998. He was a large, tall man with big hands, so he did not feel confident working on a laptop computer one day, so he asked me after all three of my younger brothers were "too busy" to help.
I gladly became his "right hand woman" and worked on all the laptops that came in, except soldering, since I have fibromyalgia and shake very badly. I quickly learned how to fix, replace, and upgrade nearly every major brand of laptops out there. I am now certified through Dell as able to repair latitude c and d-series and many inspirion series like the 2000, 4000, 8000, 5000 and many others.
My focus today is on growing my own business selling refurbished laptops, desktops, and doing repairs, upgrades, software installation, service, and giving support to people who don't have the computer background I am so lucky to have gotten.
