PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All payments are due in full before any merchandise will be released.
If paying by check or money order, a 14 to 60-day hold will be put on all services and merchandise before it is shipped. My bank will be asked to call your bank for adequate funds on all personal checks. Money orders must come from the US Postal Service ONLY. No exceptions.
Credit card payments through Google checkout can expect shipment within 5 working days maximum.
MERCHANDISE LIMITED GUARANTEE:
All refurbished laptops and desktops have a limited 30-day repair or replacement guarantee. This will only be granted if issues arise from normal use of the computer. If it is dropped, thrown, damaged by water, fire, or other hazards, the computer guarantee is null and void. Computers with broken screens will be assumed to have been dropped or thrown and will not be replaced.
If a unit cannot be replaced or repaired within 15 days of arriving back at Suzanne's Computers shop, then a full refund, less S&H, will be issued. A suitable replacement can mean a different brand of computer with similar speed and function as the one purchased. No promise is made that the exact same make, model, and brand will be used for replacement of a defective unit.
All shipments are fully insured by UPS or USPS, and any damage done in shipping means a claim must be filed with THEM for your money back. Insurance is INCLUDED in the shipping costs.
Shipping costs are NEVER refundable under any circumstances.
I only ship to USA, Canada and USA territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
